Supplier-side HVAC construction supervision, commissioning coordination, and technical consulting for projects where we supply or integrate thermal and automation equipment.
Smart Home & Building Automation (KNX)
KNX system design, integration, ETS programming, and ongoing support. Premium residential and selected commercial projects. Collaboration with architects and interior designers on building automation specifications.

CHP & District Heating Systems
Combined heat and power plant integration, district heating substation design, network hydraulics, heat source optimization. Equipment specification and procurement support.
Industrial Energy Systems
Process heating and cooling, waste heat recovery, thermal storage, boiler and chiller plant engineering. System sizing, thermal calculations, and energy efficiency audits.
Supply & Commissioning Supervision
Supplier-side coordination during delivery, installation, and commissioning: subcontractor scheduling, installation quality checks, functional testing, and operator handover.
KNX System Architecture
KNX topology design, device selection, ETS programming, third-party system integration (HVAC, audio, security). Functional specification development and commissioning for residential and commercial automation projects.
